The Leader Guild is a 2-year training program dedicated to providing men with the skills, knowledge, and personalized mentorship to live whole-heartedly and lead transformationally—both in the context of Braveheart menswork, and in every arena of their lives.

Most every week, we'll gather via live video link to study the core elements of wholistic masculine development, spiritual growth, and transformational leadership.
Each man will have the opportunity to step into the circle and practice what he's learning with the other men, with full support and feedback from the leaders.

Once during the program, we'll gather in Colorado for four exclusive days of intensive training, friendship, and fun.
We'll take our learning deeper via live circle work sessions around real issues in our lives, and take plenty of time to get outside and play in the beauty of the Rocky Mountains.

As a part of your training, you'll be asked to co-lead in two BraveHeart Intensive retreats and/or courses. At each event, you'll be asked to lead in ways that will challenge and stretch your leadership. Upon successful completion of this phase of the training, you'll earn your official certification as a BraveHeart Facilitator.
The 20-month Program typically launches in March, and wraps up in October the following year.
By the time you complete the training, you will have received:

Guild Training Details
The Leader Guild is an 20-month training program dedicated to providing men with the skills, knowledge, and mentorship to live wholeheartedly and lead transformationally—both in the context of Braveheart menswork, and in every arena of their lives.
APPLICATION: Men are required to fill out a guild application in order to be considered for admission to the program. The guild program is limited to 9 men per year. A deposit of $100 is required when the application is submitted. If the applicant is approved, he will be invoiced for the remainder of the program fee according to the payment plan he has chosen. If the applicant is not accepted, the deposit will be returned, minus a $10 processing fee.
PREREQUISITES: Men applying to the Leader Guild are required to have first attended a BraveHeart Intensive retreat or course, and be an active participant in the BraveHeart Circles.
TRAINING SCHEDULE: Weekly sessions will happen on Wednesday or Thursday evenings, from 7 pm to 8:30 pm Mountain Time.
GUILD RETREAT: The Guild Retreat will run from Thursday evening to Sunday noon, and will be scheduled in July or August of the first year of the training. Specific dates will be chosen to best accommodate the guild members. The retreat will be held in or near Evergreen, CO, about 1 hr west of Denver International Airport. Costs related to travel to and from the retreat location are not included in your Guild tuition costs.
GUILD RETREAT MEALS: Some of our meals will be prepared together in a home, while for others we will sample the local restaurants. Any additional food items you may want will your responsibility—so please do bring cash for this purpose. Also, please bring a refillable bottle (to save on plastic), and any snacks you know you may want on hand.

BRAVEHEART INTENSIVE RETREATS AND COURSES: All costs related to your travel, food, and lodging will be covered for any BraveHeart Intensive retreat or course you attend as a co-leader in training.

CERTIFICATION: Certification as a BraveHeart Menswork Facilitator is not guaranteed as a part of the Leader Guild training program. Men are approved only when deemed ready by the Guild Leaders. Once a guild member is officially certified, he is approved to launch, organize and lead his own BraveHeart Intensive retreats or courses, in accordance with the provisions detailed in the Facilitator License Agreement, and with the full support of the Guild Leaders.
